Croach® PRIVACY POLICY

Croach® is committed to protecting your information. This Privacy Policy addresses how information is collected and used by Croach® and our partners. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Croach® does not own or control, or to people that Croach® does not employ. By using our website you consent and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information and to the privacy practices set out in this policy. We expressly reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If you have questions regarding this statement, please contact service@croach.com.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is data about you that is personally identifiable. Examples of PII include name, address, email address, credit card number, or any other information that is not otherwise publicly available. We use PII that has been provided to us for business purposes such as to contact you, for billing, or to otherwise render our services. When you schedule an appointment on croach.wdywpreview.com, we may ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, and other personal information necessary to fulfill your request. We retain that information until removal is requested unless government retention policies require otherwise. Anyone who has provided PII to Croach® may elect to have their data deleted from our files or to be used only for the service requested by contacting service@croach.com.

When you provide your e-mail address, you may be added to our e-mail Mailing List. We maintain a strict ‘No-Spam’ policy that means we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third party, without your consent. If you are a member of our Mailing List, you will be contacted with announcements, news, and new products or services. You have the option of “Unsubscribing” from our Mailing List at any time, thereby disabling any further such e-mail communication from being sent to you.

I understand that Croach.com may send occasional text messages or emails for appointment reminders and promotions. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive messages from our company. To opt-out, reply STOP at any moment. Messaging and Data rates may apply.

Croach® PII is not shared, sold, or rented to any other third parties.

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) data is collected by Croach® and our partners and is used for retargeting. We and one or more of our ad technology partners may collect NPII from people who visit our website. This data is anonymous and can include information such as web pages you’ve viewed, date and time of pageviews, domain type, location information associated with your IP address, and your interactions with an ad delivered by us or our ad technology partners. Croach® and our ad technology partners use different methods to collect this type of data, including cookies and web beacons, and it is stored indefinitely.

Croach® USE OF COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

For NPII that we collect, directly or indirectly, we employ the use of “pixel tags” and/or “cookies.” Pixel tags are small bits of code that provide a method of delivery information on a webpage that allows the operator of the page or a third party to collect information about the users of the page. Cookies are small text files that are stored on the browser of your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and provides information to the cookie sender. Many websites send cookies to the browsers that are visiting those sites, and many browsers are initially configured to accept cookies. You may be able to change your browser settings to refuse cookies or to alert you of when a cookie has been placed on your browser. Check your browser for details.

Croach® uses cookies and web beacons in the delivery of display advertisements to our website visitors on various sites across the Internet. This is how the process works:

You visit our website. Our web beacon fires and drops a persistent cookie onto your browser. When you leave our website and visit a second website, Croach® and its ad technology partners are able to recognize that browser cookie and serve a display ad to you. These cookies do not store any PII, but they may record some or all of the following information: the set of people cookied, websites visited, where and when people viewed our ads, interactions (such as clicks) with an ad, and if a purchase was made. This type of information can in no way be used to identify a specific person or user of our service. This data will never be shared with third parties or used to display ads for a third party without explicit written permission from all parties.

The NPII collected by Croach® in the aforementioned process will be kept by Croach® indefinitely and will be securely maintained and archived. Croach® does not link the NPII described here to any personally identifiable information provided to us. You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google’s Ads Settings, and if you want to you can opt-out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

All PII provided by individuals is maintained in confidence by Croach®. Croach® may be required to share information on individuals as it deems necessary to comply with a court order or to cooperate with government and law enforcement officials.
