HE only did basic inside and outside the house and lied about the shop when I mentioned the shop. He said they don't do shops and garages. Today I found out they do. Normally I would not recommended this company, but because of Kyle I would. However request Kyle or talk directly to owner and request in writing what is to be done.Posted on Google

Brad Hobbs22 October 2026We just had Croach out to our to rid our home and boat dock of spiders and bugs!!! Kyshaun, our technician did an amazing job. He was meticulous in his work and extremely polite in his demeanor. He is an obviously nice person too. Even our dog liked him, (after a short spell of telling us that someone was outside!) Croach started by cleaning the exterior of our home as well as our garage of any spider and bug nests. That when done along with their sprays will kill most of the adults. In 30 days they will be back to kill any bugs that hatched. At that point the house should be pretty much bug free. They come back every two months to keep the critters out. This seems to me to be the most comprehensive method of pest control that I have seen. The place is not totally bug free, but I think we have about a 90% reduction in bugs and spiders relative to when we were using other services.Posted on Google

In general so far, they don’t seem very thorough. I feel it’s more expensive than what I had expected. A friend uses them & she told me their approximate price. After the technician completed his service, there were spiderwebs right out the garage door. Was hoping all spider webs would get taken care of then. The next day, there was a large spider in the garage. Two days later there was a large spider in the house. This time of the year is bad for spiders, which I mentioned, so I was hoping to get ahead of it with this service. I’m not seeing a difference yet. They also treated for some sugar ants in the home. The inspector and the technician both seemed friendly. They also mentioned they will do in between visits to take care of something. I wish there was a direct number that I could text pictures to, or ask a question. You have to call the main line and then they contact the technician. Then you have to set up an appointment.
