Service Manager – Pest Control

Job Description Summary:

Croach® is searching for an inspiring individual to lead and develop our Service Technicians in their growth in Commercial and Residential Pest Control Services. Leadership and Vision:

• Topics: Safety, Protocols, Materials, Pest Biology and Behavior, Customer Service, etc.

Equipping Technicians:

• QA & Ride-along.
• Vehicle inspections.
• Inventory & product orders
• Tablets (other technology)

Customer Care:

• Complaint responses & resolution.
• Difficult pest resolution.

Recruitment:

• Interviewing & selection.
• Onboarding.

Continued Education:

• Industry trends & new products.
• Competitive challenges & safety issues.

Qualified individuals will possess:

• Proven experience in both commercial and pest control settings.
• Personal character consisting of integrity, eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, positive attitude, partnership, and desire to lead.
• Ability to work with and around pests (rodents, spiders, ants, birds, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience establishing and maintaining positive, ongoing, professional relationships with customers.
• Professional image, credibility, integrity.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• High Organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Vision and the ability to execute goals.
• Valid driver’s license and an MVR which meets the company driving standards.
• Technology literate: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Technician – Pest Control

Job Description Summary:
Are you a Pest Prevention Specialist or interested in becoming one?

We are looking for individuals with a customer-focused mindset, professional appearance, and demeanor.

You will need to be able to learn pest control protocols and techniques. Most of your duties will involve performing pest inspections and treatments at our customers’ homes and businesses.

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has:

• Stable work history.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to work variable shifts and hours.

Previous experience as a service technician is beneficial but not required.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Pest Control Licenses or ability to obtain required. Must maintain pesticide application license.

Qualifications:
You must have construction or pest control experience, be skilled in sales, pass a background check, and have a clean driving record. This job requires that you work in the field.
