Brandon from Croach Pest Control treated our house today. He asked us if we had any issues and we did not. He also mentioned that during the rainy season they would not be putting any chemicals on the ground as it would seep in to the water table. That was great information to know and thank you for the service today!Posted on Google![]()

We’ve been using Croach for over five years and have great service and response from them. We’ve worked with Justin, Justice, Jonathan, Andy, Cyrus and Julian. Most recently we had wasps coming out of the ground. Julian investigated and treated the site, which was about a size of a basketball. When we found a wasps nests in the past and Croach comes back and removes them for us. I also mentioned we have seen mice in our yard. Justin offered a black blox. Which will entice the mice to eat the bare. We appreciate their communication and professionalism.

What Pests Are Common In Clackamas?
- Ants are common in Clackamas homes. Moist soil, landscaped yards, and easy access to food or water can bring ants indoors.
- Rodents can become a problem during the cool, wet months. Check near garages, crawl spaces, sheds, wooded areas, and commercial corridors.
- Spiders often settle in basements, crawl spaces, garages, storage areas, and quiet corners where other insects are active.
- Wasps are common during warmer months, especially around decks, eaves, fences, shrubs, and outdoor dining spaces. Yellow jackets, in particular, are often more active in hot, dry summer weather and may become more aggressive in fall.

Frequently Asked Questions
Your Croach® technician will let you know how often you’ll need treatments after a thorough property inspection. Generally, we’ll return about a month after your initial service and then every 2 - 3 months afterwards.
Ongoing treatment is the best way to keep your home protected and your family safe from pests. Croach® Pest Control is here to help.
Croach® uses Integrated Pest Management (IPM), an environmentally friendly method of pest control. This approach focuses on prevention and exclusion, only using a minimal amount of chemicals when necessary. The chemicals we use are safe for people and pets. If our technicians do use chemicals during treatment, we’ll list each product in your quote to keep you fully informed.
IPM is safer for families and the environment while providing long-term, effective pest control. Just another way Croach® protects your home and enhances your life.
The cost of our pest control services can vary based on factors such as the size of your home, the type of pests you’re dealing with, the extent of the infestation, and the level of preventative measures required. Generally, our customers pay between $130 - $350 during the first treatment and $80 - $120 per visit afterward.
We start with a free inspection of your property, which allows us to properly assess the situation and create a custom plan for your home. We believe in transparency, so we’ll give you a quote without any hidden fees or surprise charges. We also offer a range of service plans to fit your budget and your pest control needs.
How Our Technicians Protect Your Home
Your Croach® professional pest control technician with years of experience will provide you with many benefits:
1. Comprehensive Inspection: Our licensed technicians conduct a thorough assessment of your property to identify pest issues and potential entry points.
2. Personalized Treatment Plan: Based on the inspection, we develop a tailored strategy addressing your specific pest concerns, ensuring effective and targeted solutions.
3. Initial Treatment: We implement the customized plan using environmentally responsible methods to eliminate existing pests and safeguard your home.
4. Follow-Up Service: Approximately one month later, we return to reinforce the protective barrier, disrupt pest reproduction cycles, and prevent future infestations.
5. Regular Maintenance: We schedule ongoing inspections and treatments to maintain a pest-free environment, giving you continuous peace of mind.
- Initial service. On the first visit, we will conduct a thorough inspection of your home. We want to hear from you - questions, concerns, and known trouble spots.
- Personal treatment plan. We’ll offer tips, address health and safety, describe treatment methods, and explain how our pest service works. We will treat your home inside and out according to your needs to flush pests out of the property.
- First regular service. We provide follow-up one month after the initial service. By then, most pests will have left the property, and further pest control treatment is applied to form a protective barrier to the outside of your home. This barrier blocks entry points, breaks the breeding cycles, and prevents future pest infestations.
- Regular services. We conduct regular services every two months to keep the barrier active and treat potential new problems. It is vital to maintaining the two-month cycle because pesticides break down after 60 days and you run the risk of re-infestation.
- About Interior Treatments. Croach® recommends interior treatment once a year, even if you see no evidence of pests inside. If your home has an interior crawlspace entrance, we must occasionally access it to check and reset traps for your rodent plan.
