I recently worked with Angel after finding a pretty major issue when selling my home. He was professional and sincere and I trusted his take on the issue and how best to resolve. He was not trying to include scope that was not necessary and I greatly appreciated that. He put me at ease and worked within a quick turn around time to make it happen. It is rare you feel like you can trust someone in these types of indistries these days and Angel certainly earned my trust and my ongoing business with my new home. Truly apprecaited!Posted on Google

Rachel Komenski21 May 2021We have been using Croach since we moved into our home about 6 years ago. They come out quarterly to do their normal thing and always show up when they say they're going to. Additionally, we've had to call them several times in between our regular service (once for wasps, once for ants in our house, once for mice in our garage) and they have always been able to come out quickly and fixed our issue to our satisfaction. After having the same technician for several years (he has left the company), today was our first experience with CJ. He was friendly, listened to our needs, and was able to complete the work quickly and efficiently! Thanks CJ!Posted on Google

Siyao Zhu3 March 2021Recently we had a rodent issue and contacted some companies but they could not locate the correct position or had no idea of what exact animal it was. I decided to try Croach since they offer free inspection. Cassie came on time and found the possible entrances which I was convinced. She set up the traps which caught rodents the next day and sealed off entrances. She is so patient to answer all my questions and responsive to my messages even during none business hours. She is careful and very professional on the job. I am very grateful.Posted on Google

What Pests Are Common In Snohomish?
In Snohomish, pest invasions are often seasonal, with the following culprits being most common:
- Rodents: As temperatures drop, rats and mice seek shelter in homes. They can cause structural damage and spread diseases.
- Ants: Odorous house ants and carpenter ants are prevalent, often invading kitchens and damaging wood structures.
- Spiders: While many are harmless, species like hobo spiders and black widows can threaten your family’s safety.
- Wasps and Hornets: Aggressive and dangerous, these stinging insects are a frequent nuisance in spring and summer.
Frequently Asked Questions
The technicians at Croach® Pest Control utilize the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) method to ensure your home remains pest-free. Unlike traditional extermination, IPM is a proactive approach to prevent pests from entering your home before infestations become a problem.
During our visits, our technicians will:
- Inspect your property for any signs of pest activity and potential entry points.
- Take preventative exclusion measures, like sealing cracks, gaps, and other entry points, or advise on landscaping or storage changes you may need to make.
- Apply targeted treatments around the exterior and interior of your home. These treatments are safe for your family and pets.
- Prevent seasonal pests and break pest reproduction cycles through ongoing treatments and monitoring.
- Keep you informed every step of the way by providing tips on maintaining a pest-free environment between visits.
The cost of our pest control services can vary based on factors such as the size of your home, the type of pests you’re dealing with, the extent of the infestation, and the level of preventative measures required. Generally, our customers pay between $130 - $350 during the first treatment and $80 - $120 per visit afterward.
We start with a free inspection of your property, which allows us to properly assess the situation and create a custom plan for your home. We believe in transparency, so we’ll give you a quote without any hidden fees or surprise charges. We also offer a range of service plans to fit your budget and your pest control needs.
Croach® uses Integrated Pest Management (IPM), an environmentally friendly method of pest control. This approach focuses on prevention and exclusion, only using a minimal amount of chemicals when necessary. The chemicals we use are safe for people and pets. If our technicians do use chemicals during treatment, we’ll list each product in your quote to keep you fully informed.
IPM is safer for families and the environment while providing long-term, effective pest control. Just another way Croach® protects your home and enhances your life.
After our initial treatment, it’s normal to see more pests as our products drive them from their hiding places. This is a sign that the treatment is working. Over the next month, you’ll see pest activity die down by about 70%. You should not see any pests after your second treatment.
If you happen to see pests between regular services, our technicians will resolve the issue for free. That’s the Croach® Pest-Free Guarantee.
