 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kyle did a detailed, exceptional job. Kyle used a duster and sprayed around the windows. The prior guy that came did not. HE only did basic inside and outside the house and lied about the shop when I mentioned the shop. He said they don't do shops and garages. Today I found out they do. Normally I would not recommended this company, but because of Kyle I would. However request Kyle or talk directly to owner and request in writing what is to be done.

Kris always does a great job announcing his approximate time of arrival, asking if there are any area of concerns that need more attention than what he may visibly see.  Really appreciate that there is a summary of update of treatment provided, especially regarding the status of the mouse bait & spider traps.
We also had a workman installing new storm doors externally to the house & Kris handled that so professionally and assuring him that he would not be exposed to any of the chemical work he was doing.  Solid interaction Kris, thanks!

I just love the our agent Tommy  he has done such a wonderful job he make sure to be pay attention  to all of those little details. He comes and is friendly Tom genuinely wants to make sure that all your questions are answered .Tom makes sure that all cobwebs are gone and looks for possible problems that could happen and makes sure you know so you can make the decision on what needs to happen and he takes care of it all. Common Pest Challenges in Spirit Lake

Spirit Lake's combination of forests, lakefront properties, and changing weather creates ideal conditions for many common household pests. We protect you from North Idaho's most common pests, including:

Ants: Odorous house ants, pavement ants, and carpenter ants are common throughout the Spirit Lake area. Carpenter ants are especially common around wooded properties, tree stumps, decks, fences, sheds, and homes with moisture-damaged wood.
Bed Bugs: Vacation homes, rental cabins, overnight guests, travel, and used furniture can all introduce bed bugs into homes in Spirit Lake. They spread by hitching rides on luggage, clothing, bedding, and furniture rather than coming from the outdoors.
Spiders: Several spider species thrive around Spirit Lake, including giant house spiders, hobo spiders, cellar spiders, orb-weavers, and yellow sac spiders.
Rodents: House mice, deer mice, Norway rats, and roof rats are all found throughout North Idaho. Rodents often move into homes, garages, and outbuildings during the colder months in search of warmth and shelter.
