Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kyle did a detailed, exceptional job. Kyle used a duster and sprayed around the windows. The prior guy that came did not. HE only did basic inside and outside the house and lied about the shop when I mentioned the shop. He said they don't do shops and garages. Today I found out they do. Normally I would not recommended this company, but because of Kyle I would. However request Kyle or talk directly to owner and request in writing what is to be done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kris always does a great job announcing his approximate time of arrival, asking if there are any area of concerns that need more attention than what he may visibly see. Really appreciate that there is a summary of update of treatment provided, especially regarding the status of the mouse bait & spider traps.
We also had a workman installing new storm doors externally to the house & Kris handled that so professionally and assuring him that he would not be exposed to any of the chemical work he was doing. Solid interaction Kris, thanks!

He has exceptional customer service, taking the time to explain all that he did (while we were at work) and reminding us of what he'll be focusing on when he visits next time.
Thanks Kacey!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin did a fantastic job today. He was very efficient, friendly, and comprehensive. Kevin inspected my crawl space and attic. I feel secure in the knowledge that I don’t have any pest problems. I am confident that the reason I don't have any pest problems is due to the quarterly pest control servicing Croach provides.

Eliminating Common Pest Problems in Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley's irrigated landscapes, mature neighborhoods, parks, and seasonal weather create year-round pest activity. We protect you from the most common pests, including:

Ants: Odorous house ants, pavement ants, and carpenter ants are among the Valley's most common household pests. They commonly invade our kitchens, bathrooms, and garages.
Cockroaches: Cockroaches most commonly affect apartments, restaurants, commercial kitchens, and multi-unit housing where moisture and food sources are readily available.
Spiders: Spokane Valley homeowners commonly encounter giant house spiders, hobo spiders, cellar spiders, orb-weavers, and yellow sac spiders.
Rodents: House mice, deer mice, Norway rats, and roof rats commonly enter homes during the fall and winter months. Address mice and rodent activity promptly due to the health risks they can pose.
Wasps: Yellow jackets and paper wasps are particularly active during summer and early fall. As temperatures rise, these stinging insects become more aggressive around outdoor dining areas, garbage cans, and food left outside.

Why Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Works in Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley's mix of residential neighborhoods, irrigated landscaping, parks, and seasonal weather means pest activity changes throughout the year. That's why Croach® uses an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach that combines inspections, monitoring, exclusion, habitat modification, and targeted treatments to stop pest problems at their source.

By identifying entry points, moisture issues, and conditions attracting pests, we help provide longer-lasting protection for your Spokane Valley home.
