Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David has been polite and professional to interact with and we’ve appreciated his efforts to go above and beyond in treating our home and property for rodents and bugs. A newborn baby and mice was a “scary” situation and we’re thankful, that with CROACH, it’s no longer a concern of ours.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What an amazing company! I have used other services prior at some of my other locations and they don’t match the quality and the experience of their services here. David is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about his line of work. I highly recommend this company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I normally don’t spend money on services like this but we had a pretty bad ant infestation for years. David was assigned tech for our area and he has been phenomenal!!!!! Worked with me on a billing issue, always wears little slippers in house and is so polite and courteous with a big smile. Responds right away, leaves extra ant traps and is happy to answer any questions. I have had other service providers who have left my home dirty or don’t seem to care. David Cares. Would highly recommend any company with an employee like him!

Eliminating PNW's Most Common Pests

Pest control in the Tri-Cities differs from that in wetter parts of Washington. The region’s sunshine, dry climate, river systems, and open space all influence local pest behavior. All our products are organically based while still protecting you from common pests like:

Rodents: Mice and rats are a major concern throughout the Tri-Cities, especially in homes near open fields and farmland. Rodents get inside through very small gaps and can contaminate our food and destroy our homes.
Ants: Sugar ants, pavement ants, and thatching ants may nest near irrigation lines or foundations and come inside the kitchen or bathroom in search of food and water.
Spiders: While most spiders are harmless, infestations can be unsettling. Frequent spider activity often indicates the presence of other insects nearby.
Stinging Insects: Yellow jackets, mud daubers, and other wasps commonly build nests under eaves, in shrubs or trees, and along fences. They can be tricky to find on larger properties until you have a full-blown infestation.
Bed Bugs: Bed bugs can appear anywhere, including homes, apartments, hotels, and rental properties.
