I recently worked with Angel after finding a pretty major issue when selling my home.  He was professional and sincere and I trusted his take on the issue and how best to resolve.  He was not trying to include scope that was not necessary and I greatly appreciated that.  He put me at ease and worked within a quick turn around time to make it happen. We have been using Croach since we moved into our home about 6 years ago. They come out quarterly to do their normal thing and always show up when they say they're going to. Additionally, we've had to call them several times in between our regular service (once for wasps, once for ants in our house, once for mice in our garage) and they have always been able to come out quickly and fixed our issue to our satisfaction. After having the same technician for several years (he has left the company), today was our first experience with CJ. Recently we had a rodent issue and contacted some companies but they could not locate the correct position or had no idea of what exact animal it was. I decided to try Croach since they offer free inspection. Cassie came on time and found the possible entrances which I was convinced. She set up the traps which caught rodents the next day and sealed off entrances. She is so patient to answer all my questions and responsive to my messages even during none business hours. AngelGT, a member of the Croach Team, conducted a thorough analysis  of my house last week to seek out entry points for rodents, which had recently appeared.  This week Angel returned and successfully sealed off all the holes.  I am impressed by his professionalism and willingness to explain every step of the process. We've been using Croach for years now and my husband and I are very happy with the service they provide. Today, David came out and treated the outside and inside the garage for seasonal spiders. He made sure to advise us not to let our dog out for about an hour. He also made sure to ask if there was anything else we needed.
