Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kyle did a detailed, exceptional job. Kyle used a duster and sprayed around the windows. The prior guy that came did not. HE only did basic inside and outside the house and lied about the shop when I mentioned the shop. He said they don't do shops and garages. Today I found out they do. Normally I would not recommended this company, but because of Kyle I would. However request Kyle or talk directly to owner and request in writing what is to be done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kris always does a great job announcing his approximate time of arrival, asking if there are any area of concerns that need more attention than what he may visibly see. Really appreciate that there is a summary of update of treatment provided, especially regarding the status of the mouse bait & spider traps.
We also had a workman installing new storm doors externally to the house & Kris handled that so professionally and assuring him that he would not be exposed to any of the chemical work he was doing. Solid interaction Kris, thanks!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kacey did a fantastic job of clearing our house of cobwebs and wasp nests! He has exceptional customer service, taking the time to explain all that he did (while we were at work) and reminding us of what he'll be focusing on when he visits next time.
Thanks Kacey!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Kevin did a fantastic job today. He was very efficient, friendly, and comprehensive. Kevin inspected my crawl space and attic. I feel secure in the knowledge that I don’t have any pest problems. I am confident that the reason I don't have any pest problems is due to the quarterly pest control servicing Croach provides.

Common Pest Challenges in Deer Park, WA

Deer Park's rural setting and proximity to forests and agricultural land mean pest problems that differ from those found in more urban areas, including:

Ants: Odorous house ants, pavement ants, and carpenter ants are common throughout Deer Park. Carpenter ants can be especially problematic around homes with wooden decks and sheds.
Cockroaches: Cockroaches are less common in Deer Park than in larger cities, but they can still become a problem where food, moisture, and shelter are available.
Spiders: The Inland Northwest's dry climate supports a variety of spider species, which frequently like to hide in our garages, basements, crawl spaces, or sheds.
Rodents: Mice and rats are among the most common pest concerns in the area.
House mice, deer mice, and Norway rats frequently enter homes and outbuildings during colder weather, which can become a major health risk to your family.
Seasonal Invaders: Residents may also encounter earwigs, boxelder bugs, stink bugs, fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes, depending on the season and weather conditions.
